Now Accepting Letters of Interest for IPSA 2026
Dear IPSA members & Colleagues,
IPSA 2026 will be the 9th biennial Congress of the International Pediatric Sleep Association. The congress serves as the premier event on the pediatric sleep medicine international calendar. Clinicians, basic scientists and clinical investigators, educators, sleep health advocates, and public policy makers from around the globe will come together to present the latest cutting-edge research, explore innovative solutions to current challenges, and provide an unparalleled opportunity for international collaboration in the field of pediatric sleep.
In keeping with IPSA's mission of global inclusivity, the location of the congress rotates among continents (see below). For the 2026 congress, IPSA is accepting proposals from any geographic location.
IPSA also works closely with a local sleep society, institution, or group to organize the meeting and ensure scientific integrity as well as provide attendees with a unique cultural experience in the host city. The host does not need to be a formal sleep society; an institution or research group may also host.
Letters of interest are due by April 15, 2024.
To express interest, host societies or groups should provide the following information:
- Leadership or board members names and contact information
- Number of members
- Meeting history: Location, dates, number of attendees, etc.
- Proposed local organizing committee for IPSA 2026
- Reason for interest in hosting the IPSA congress
- Preferred congress city and meeting dates or time of year, if applicable
Please do not include budgets, support from government agencies or conference venue bids.
Letters of interest can be emailed to the International Pediatric Sleep Association administrative office at: secretary@pedsleep.org by April 15, 2024.
Our 8th IPSA Congress will be held in Glasgow, Scotland on April 26-28, 2024. This year's congress has an expected attendance of 500 delegates and has broken records of science submissions from past congresses.
